Proud Parent Post

For Christmas my DD said she wanted to make me something. She went fabric shopping and then used the machine one day when I was at work. She cut out shapes and put heat n bond on the back of material. She traced the shapes and cut them out.

She ironed the appliques on and got busy sewing them to a sweatshirt. She even looked up online for a machine manual so she could thread the machine and get the correct stitch.

It turned out wonderful - below is the front.

It is a surprisingly very warm sweatshirt. This picture is of the back.
